A RECORD 40 YEARS IN THE MAKING
At only 17 years old, Kruz secures his spot in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games competing in the men's foil. This victory makes him the first fencer from the U.S. Virgin Islands to compete in the Games in 40 years, with the support of the Virgin Islands Fencing Federation.

Taking home 6th place in the Cadet U17 Men's Foil, Kruz secures Silver in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Kruz scores bronze in Epee and gold in Foil at the junior fencing championships in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.

FIE Junior & Cadet Fencing World Championships
Kruz goes on to finish 13th overall in the junior men's foil in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
PanAm Olympic Qualifying Tournament
Competing in the FIE Olympic Qualifying Tournament-Americas, Kruz won gold and secured his spot in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
